While not found this far north, I LOVE THEM. Their little mouths. Their ravioli babies. While visiting the Bahamas, we were lucky enough to make some Southern Stingray friends on a beach. They were quite tame and would swim to us for snacks and touches. They spend a lot of time hanging out partially buried on the sandy seafloor, so remember to do the shuffle walk as you enter the water. They may have enjoyed our snacks, but I doubt they enjoy being stepped on.
