Products

All of my prints are made from scans of original art. I use a variety of media to create originals, including graphite, ink, and watercolour and acrylic paint. Several of my pieces also make use of digital elements and all originals are digitally cleaned after scanning. 

Since my art is mostly created by hand, please understand that prints may include slight imperfections.

I keep a limited inventory on hand. Occasionally prints may be printed on demand. While printing usually only takes a day or two, keep in mind that this will mean your order will take a bit of extra time to ship.

If you need to rush an order, you can contact me and I will do my very best to accommodate your request. There may be an additional fee or increased shipping costs associated with this request.

All orders will be charged an additional 15% in sales tax. 

Commissions

I am open to taking the occasional commission when time permits. Please contact me directly through email to discuss. 

Return Policy

I do not accept returns on products. If your item is damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and contact me as soon as possible so that I can get in touch with the courier. 

Shipping

All items will be packaged individually in a protective cellophane sleeve and prints with an additional backing board for extra stability. Items will be shipped in rigid envelopes with extra board when required. All envelopes will be marked with a 'Do Not Bend' sticker for added protection. 

I currently ship to Canada and the United States through Canada Post. Orders shipped within Canada can be sent at a lower cost but do not include tracking. Orders shipped to the United States include a tracking number. If you would prefer to ship through another courier, contact me for a quote. If multiple items do not fit in their standard mailer, I will contact you to discuss shipping options.

I offer local pick-up in Liverpool, Bridgewater, and Shelburne. I will be in touch to discuss a convenient (and safe!) pick-up time and location.

Please remember Nereid Art is currently a one-woman show! I will ship your products as fast as I can, usually within a week. After shipping, products can take up to two weeks to arrive depending on the courier and your location, although there may be delays. I have no control over your items after they have been shipped.

I retain all intellectual property rights to my art, including commissions. Do not reproduce or use for profit without my consent. Please contact me if you would like to use my art for any purpose other than for personal use or decor.
